FBI secretly deployed more than 250 plainclothes agents on Jan. 6: Report

The FBI secretly sent more than 250 plainclothes agents to the US Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 disruption, in an operation described internally as poorly organized and unsafe, according to an after-action report obtained by Just the News.

The report, withheld from the public for more than four years, revealed deep frustration among FBI personnel who accused bureau leadership of allowing its mission to be overtaken by political pressures. Some said they felt they were used as political pawns. Agents complained that they were deployed without proper safety gear or clear methods to identify themselves to other law enforcement agencies, placing them at risk in the chaotic environment.

Much of the criticism came from inside the FBI’s Washington Field Office, considered one of the bureau’s most important posts. Scores of agents and staff anonymously told the after-action team that the bureau had “lost its core competencies” and reduced its employees to “pawns in a political war,” according to the documents.

The revelation adds a new layer to the debate over the FBI’s role on Jan. 6. While the bureau has said it worked to stop violence and identify those responsible for breaching the Capitol, the newly uncovered report highlights how its own employees questioned whether the agency’s leadership mishandled the response. 1. I just asked Grok if Wray denied that FBI agents were placed in the crowds at J6 during his testimony to Congress. It says: “Yes, FBI Director Christopher Wray has repeatedly denied—during multiple congressional testimonies—that the FBI placed undercover agents in the crowds at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 (J6). He has specifically stated that he “does not believe” there were undercover FBI agents present, emphasizing that no FBI personnel orchestrated or instigated the violence. These denials were made under oath and aimed at countering conspiracy theories suggesting federal entrapment or staging of the riot. However, Wray has been more cautious about confidential human sources (informants), often refusing to disclose exact numbers or details due to operational sensitivities, while firmly rejecting any role in provoking the events.”
He shld be indicted for lying.

  2. Reasonable questions to this FBI action, and dare I say coverup, would be what were the locations of these 250 undercover agents, did they lead or take part in any actions or movements into the capital, were they some of the people caught on camera making various signals and imploring others to move barricades and enter buildings? Were any of these FBI agents involved in the Whitmer kidnapping plot that was formulated and pushed by the FBI?

  3. Remember when the suggestion that the FBI had ANY plain-clothes officers in the crowd at the Capitol on 1/6/21 was repeatedly and violently denied by everyone in the political and media establishment as just a “conspiracy theory”? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Truth score over the last five or so years:

    Conspiracy “theories”: 246
    Establishment: 0

Q: What is the difference between a conspiracy theory and an established fact?
    A: Roughly a year.

  4. Hmmm(???) … I wonder how many Feebs are on assignment here in AK907, working / retired from 101 6th Ave, that have participated the vast conspiracies such as: Waco, Ruby Ridge, HRC email probe cover-up, Mar-a-Logo raid, Steele dossier, Ammon – Cliven Bundy, Dwight – Steven Hammond, and LaVoy Finicum. Indeed, (WARNING!) they most assuredly live ‘free’ amongst us!
